A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, four years, fully in-person and residential. A curriculum designed by international authorities and an academic council including Giselle Reis (CMU Qatar), Maria Klawe (former president, Harvey Mudd), and Luis Lamb.
For the entire inaugural cohort, a 100% full scholarship, covering tuition, housing, and meals across the four years of the program.
Applications will open only after approval by Brazil's Ministry of Education (MEC).

Beyond prior technical preparation, ITEC is looking for young people willing to face a rigorous academic formation in computer science and with a genuine interest in understanding how technology is built.

- Age
- There are no specific age restrictions. ITEC’s curriculum and experience are best suited to students at the beginning of their higher-education journey. Consider whether the program, with full-time study and mandatory on-campus residency, fits your goals and stage of life.
- Life on campus
- On-campus residency is mandatory for all students, regardless of family domicile — an integral part of ITEC’s immersive model.

Preparing for ITEC is not preparing for a specific entrance exam. It’s cultivating, starting today, the habits that our evaluation will try to recognize in you — the same ones that will make the difference over the four years here.
Cultivate curiosity beyond the curriculum
Choose a subject that sparks your curiosity and explore it: read, ask questions, and experiment.
Keep your record consistent
Study consistently and ask for support when you find a subject difficult. Your academic record helps us understand that journey.
Prepare for one of the accepted exams
ENEM, SAT, ACT, or IB, among others defined in the official call. You don't need to take them all. One is enough. Choose what fits your trajectory and go deep.
Take part in knowledge olympiads
OBMEP, OBI, OBM, and equivalents. Medals carry specific weight in our evaluation, and are concrete evidence of proficiency. Olympiads also teach you to think outside the standard.
Write with your voice
Write about your experiences, what you learned from them, and why you want to study at ITEC. Use examples from your own life.
Learn beyond the classroom
Joining a club, volunteering, starting a venture, or developing a personal project can help you discover interests and learn from others. Try activities that matter to you.
Talk to those working in the field
Researchers, engineers, professors, computer-science students. Understanding what computer science is actually like in practice changes what you look for in an undergraduate program.
We look for students who enjoy thinking. Curious people, willing to take on problems and return to a concept as many times as it takes to truly understand it.
A 100% scholarship for the first cohort
For everyone admitted to the inaugural cohort, regardless of financial condition.
Everyone admitted to the inaugural cohort will have tuition, housing, and meals covered across all four years of the program. For those who need additional support, there is also a permanence grant, awarded according to eligibility criteria.
No one is kept out of ITEC because of their financial condition. We want you to have the support you need to focus on your studies and take part in campus life.
The inaugural scholarship includes

- An institutional laptop provided to each student for classes.
Support beyond the scholarship

- Mentoring and tutoring
- Individual guidance from faculty throughout your studies. You will have support to explore different career paths and decide which ones to pursue: research, companies, the public sector, or a project of your own.
